Appointed to the Senior Leadership Team, GKN Powder Metallurgy in October 2021.

Experience

Elmar joined GKN Sinter Metals in 1996. He held various positions in operations, such as tool shop and high precision pump production manager. He moved to USA in 2013 as global head of machining processes and business development. In 2016 he was appointed to VP Manufacturing Engineering and Program Management and developed the Mexico GTO operation. Since 2019 he was given additional responsibility for manufacturing engineering for the whole PM business unit.
